When is delivery?
After check out a team member will reach out to you to discuss the best time to come by with your purchase.
How much is delivery?
Great news! We don’t charge for delivery in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. If you happen to live outside of the Metroplex please give us a call for more specific pricing.
What if I’m not at home?
Being at home isn’t necessary. We’ll send you a text message to let you know when we’re on our way. Usually, both a drop-off team and design team will arrive on the same day, with the design team coming by later.
Can I do it myself?
You have the option of doing this yourself for collections 1 and 2. However, collections 3 and 4 are quite extensive, so we take charge of the design process.
How do I keep my pumpkins looking fresh?
After drop off and design we’ll leave information on how to keep your pumpkins looking there very best!
When is pick up?
Pumpkins are set to be picked up the week after Thanksgiving.
Where do you dispose of the pumpkins?
All the pumpkins are sent to a ranch about an hour east of Dallas, where pigs, horses, and cattle happily munch on them. Also, the hay bales are shared with local ranchers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are environmentally friendly, so nothing goes to waste.
Can we eat the pumpkins?

What if I want a more custom package?
We would love to help you if you’re looking for something more custom. Our standard packages offer beautiful, pre-curated options, but if you're looking for a truly one-of-a-kind experience, we'd love to help! For custom orders, including personalized porch pumpkin arrangements, please contact us directly. Our design team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We can't wait to help you make your home the envy of the neighborhood this fall!
